Spice Up Your Halftime Shuffle – part 2

In part 1 of Spice up your Halftime Shuffle we looked at some concepts incorporating a Final of 7 into a shuffle context. If you haven’t yet, click here to check it out in preparation for part 2. In this instalment we now look at using a 6-note pattern created by expanding and then collapsing a 7-Stroke Roll, and put it through its paces with three different exercise formats. First we permutate the pattern, and then work within a groove context. It’s time to step up your “Babylonsistersfoolintherainrosannapurdieporcaro” shuffle game once again!
